Between 2006 and 2013, Art Paris Art Fair has been supporting Artists4Life, which approach closely combines humanitarian action, and the world of art and creation. For the 2013 edition, the NGO presented, in collaboration with “Blachère Foundation” an exhibition of contemporary African photographers.

Mobilization of African Photographers

Designing Hope and Blachère Foundation will present on a booth allocated by the Fair, an exhibition of contemporary African photographers, including Arturo Bibang, Fatoumata Diabaté, Kiripi Katembo, Khaled Hafez, Mario and Macilau Nyaba Leon Ouedraogo. They have been invited to produce works to support awareness campaigns of the association.

In agreement with the artists, some artworks are available in a limited edition of 50 prints, size 20X30, signed and numbered, and framed in a stylish paperboard holder.

Solidarity Path

This year, the galleries of Art Paris Art Fair are committed along with the association and offer shares or sales to the association, thus forming a “path integral” through the aisles of the fair:

Each participating gallery proposed an action on behalf of the association: Sale of a book, or an original work in favor of the NGO.
A flyer gathering all these actions was distributed at the entrance and on the booth of Designing Hope.
